The FreqOut is the only transmitter with a digital to analog converter. This allows it to be fully compatible with the iPhone when directly plugging into the Lightning port.
Don’t have an iPhone? No worries. This unit is still compatible with non-iOS devices when using the AUX port. (A 3.5mm AUX is included for your convenience.)
